1) If you wear glasses or contact lens, please bring them with you.
2) You don’t need to fast on the day.
3) Women need to take a urine test 4 or 5 days after menstruation.
4) Pregnant women need to consult with physician before chest x-ray.
 
 
1. Medical examination except for China visa
Examination: Blood test, Chest X-ray, Urine test, EKG, consultation Required documents: passport, 1 photo (passport size)
 
 
2. Chinese visa medical examination (immigrant and student visa)
Examination: Blood test, Chest X-ray, Urine test, EKGt, consultation Required documents: passport, 2 photos (passport size)
 
 
3. General medical certificate in English
1) Please bring the medical form what you have.
2) If you need English vaccination certificate, please bring your vaccination record or childhood diary.
3) If you don’t have vaccination record, certificate will be issued after blood test.
4) If you required TB skin test, please avoid Thursday, because it takes 48-72 hours for reading.
    Required documents: passport, 1 photo (passport size, but the medical form required photo.)
