1. Decision of Admission
Patients must be referred by a physician in order to get admission permit. then, submit the admission documents to inpatient administration desk.
2. Admission procedure
(1) Admission on the day
Submit the Admission Consent Form and Proof of Korean Medical Insurance coverage. Then you will, receive an admission notices and move to each ward. The nurse in charge will assign the sickroom you and explain about the admission.
(2) Admission appointment
You will be scheduled to admit if operation is scheduled or bed is not available a personal reasons. Then you will go home with admission reservation receipt and admission consent form. You will be notified the admission day, time, room number in advance. On admission day. you will bring consent form and Korean medical insurance card.
3. What to bring for admission
Personal sanitary items (bath towels, tooth brush, tooth paste, soap, tissues), slippers, water cups,
bedclothes for guardian.
* It can be changeable the room grade as it may chance.
1. Decision of Discharge
Discharge is decided one day by from the doctor in charge.
Hospital staff will explain hospital fee by phone.
2. Payment and making outpatient clinic appointment
The patient can pay hospital fee at inpatient administration desk on the 1st floor and get the discharge paper.
3. Returning home
The patient can get the crescribed medicine at the pharmacy on the 1st floor. And go home after submitting the
discharge paper to the nurse in charge.
