1) If you wear glasses or contact lens, please bring your glasses or contact lens.
2) You don’t need to fast on the day.
3) Women need to take a urine test after menstruation.(after 4 or 5 days)
4) Pregnant women need to consult with physician before chest x-ray.
 
 
1. Medical examination except for China visa
Examination: Blood test, Chest X-ray, Urine test, EKG test, consultation Required documents: passport, 1 photo (passport size)
 
 
2. China visa medical examination (immigrant and student visa)
Examination: Blood test, Chest X-ray, Urine test, EKG test, consultation Required documents: passport, 2 photos (passport size)
 
 
3. General medical certificate in English
1) Please bring the medical form what you require.
2) If you need English vaccination certificate, please bring your vaccination record or childrearing diary.
3) If you don’t have vaccination record, issuing the certificate after antibody test.
4) If you required TB skin test, please avoid Thursday, it takes 72 hours for the result.
    Required documents: passport, 1 photo (passport size, but the medical form required photo.)
