Ihha University Health system declares to deliver medical services according to the following rules that we help patients, cause no harm to patients, respect patient’s autonomy and justice. Therefore, we respect the following Rights and responsibilities for patients.
The patient has the right to be cared with best treatment and respected as a human being from the medical staff in charge regardless of age, sex and social position.
The patient has the right to know about the specialty of medical staff in charge and choose the health care providers at his or her own will.
The patient has the right to be informed of medical procedures such as treatment, diagnosis operation, ect. And make decisions about the plan of care before and during treatment.
The patient has the right to secure full privacy regarding treatment as well as his or her body.?
Patient Responsibilities
Patients are responsible for cooperating with their health care providers about treatment and medical service
Patients are responsible for responsible for being considerate of the rights of other patients and hospital personnel.
Patients are responsible for following hospital rules and regulations and for assuring that the financial obligations of patient health care are fulfilled as promptly as possible
