Payment is possible either by cash or International credit card. A special contract for payment can be
  arranged between the hospital and foreign companies or embassies.
 
When you have a medical problem, please go to any local clinic at first. If more treatment is needed, the local
  clinic doctor will give you a referral letter. When you visit our hospital for an examination and treatment, you
  must present your Korean Health Insurance Card and Referral Letter from your local clinic doctor in order to
  receive insurance benefits.
 
If you are prepared to pay up front and to file your own claims, we can assist you in filing your claims with
  your insurance company.
