Visa Medical Examination Guide

We are currently providing visa medical examinations for international patients, immigrants and for students studying in various countries. Visa medical examinations include 1) H-2 (foreigners visiting Korea for work or for ARC card), 2) F-6 (marriage migrant visa), 3) Chinese visa application, 4) E-2 (foreigners visiting Korea as language instructor), 5) G-1 (refugee applicant visa).

01. Registration

Outpatient registration desk on the Dept. of International Healthcare Center

[Weekdays]

  • Morning session : 8:30 am-11:30 am
  • Afternoon session : 1:00 pm-4:00 pm

02. Medical examination, treatment & Decision in regarding to admission

[English] General medical examination in English/General medical certificate in English

03. Issuing Documents

[English] General medical examination in English/General medical certificate in English (To be issued after 2~3 days)

  • If you bring all required document, it will be done on same day.
    - It takes 2~3days for issue of medical exam certificate.

Attention

  • If you wear glasses or contact lens, please bring them with you.
  • Please be fasting for 8 hours
  • Pregnant women need to consult with physician before chest x-ray.

1. Medical examination except for China visa

Examination: Blood test, Chest X-ray, Urine test, EKG, consultation Required documents: passport, 1 photo (passport size)

2. Chinese visa medical examination (immigrant and student visa)

Examination: Blood test, Chest X-ray, Urine test, EKGt, consultation Required documents: passport, 2 photos (passport size)

3. General medical certificate in English

  • 1) Please bring the medical form what you have.
  • 2) If you need English vaccination certificate, please bring your vaccination record or childhood diary.
  • 3) If you do not have vaccination record, certificate will be issued after blood test.
  • 4) If you required TB skin test, please avoid Thursday, because it takes 48-72 hours for reading.
    Required documents: passport, 1 photo (passport size, but the medical form required photo.)
