Radiology

Introduction

Our radiology department, as the first university hospital in the Incheon area, is equipped with cutting-edge medical devices and top medical personnel to serve our patients.

We offer various imaging techniques, including X-ray simple imaging, fluoroscopic imaging of the upper and lower gastrointestinal tracts, and advanced ultrasound diagnostics and angiography. Our multi-channel computed tomography (MDCT) and high-field magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) allow for accurate diagnosis of diseases across various body parts.

Recently, we introduced a state-of-the-art 3T (Tesla) MRI scanner from General Electric, enabling high-resolution static and dynamic imaging, as well as functional imaging techniques to facilitate early diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of diseases.

In addition to disease diagnosis, we actively engage in non-surgical interventional procedures, such as transarterial chemoembolization for liver cancer, vascular interventions, and drainage of abscesses or sclerosis of benign cysts.

Our radiology department is committed to providing the best medical services through advanced imaging technologies for diagnosis, treatment, and research.
